For GlOW festival 2021 de Fabel Fabriek worked together with students from the TU/e to create Experience Lidar. A light art installations that used light based distance (lidar) sensors mounted on moving light fixtures to scan the surroundings and visualize them in 3D. The installations used the beam from the light fixtures to demonstrate how these sensors use light to sense objects.
